Terms & Conditions of Hotel Booking

BOOKINGS
Confirmation of reservation will be available on request.
Please re-confirm any special requests such as champagne, flowers 48 hours prior to arrival.

PAYMENT
At the time of booking you will be required to give credit card details to guarantee your reservation.
No charges will be made to the card unless authorisation has been given from the card holder, and/or if you are in breach of our cancellation policy.
Full payment will be made on check out from the hotel.
Hansard House accepts all major credit cards except American Express.

PRICES
Prices featured are either per person per night or per room per night and are inclusive of VAT.
Children under two years of age are accommodated free of charge.
There is a supplement for children sharing a room with two adults.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check in time is from 2:00 PM on your specified day of arrival.
Rooms may be available earlier. If early arrival is anticipated we will do our utmost to have your room ready.
Check out time is 11:00 AM on day of departure.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
If you wish to make an amendment to your booking please contact us a soon as possible.
If you find it necessary to cancel please obtain a cancellation number from the hotel to avoid any unnecessary charges.

All cancellations will incur charges as follows:
Within seven days of arrival - 50% of first nights accommodation.
Within 24 hours of arrival - 100% of first nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals - 100% of stay.

("24 hours before arrival" is considered to commence from 2:00pm the day before your first night)

SMOKING POLICY
In compliance with the law the hotel operates a no smoking policy. Guests are politely asked to comply; those who do not may be charged a fee.
